How early should I begin communicating with you to guarantee you’re available?
Every season varies but to be safe, try and book a month in advance.
What is the turnaround time to receive images and prints?
Typical turnaround time is 2 weeks to receive the images. This can vary during busy seasons and with the use of film, as film takes longer to get processed.
What payments do you accept?
Options to make payments include cash or check and clients are billed after the shoot.
What does your standard editing entail? What costs extra?
Editing includes one to two rounds of edits with out of place items removed. Additional photoshop retouches over 15 images costs $50/hr.
Should I mail my product to you to be photographed?
Yes! Typically for layflats we will photograph everything in the studio, which gives us amiable lighting conditions and flexibility. Mailing the product directly to us (unless the product is at a local shop) creates the fastest turnaround time.
Can I use the images you give me on my website or other social media outlets?
Absolutely! As stated in the print release, once you receive the images you will have full rights to them and will be able to use them as you please. We kindly ask that you credit us when you post your images as a courtesy.
Can I re-edit the images that you give me?
We would kindly ask that you not re-edit your images. This is because we are trying to keep a consistency with our brand, and we trust that by hiring us you know ahead of time that our style is a good match for your brand.
Do you offer barters or exchanges of goods and services?
Generally if we have an idea in mind of a product we would like in exchange for our services we will verbalize that, otherwise monetary compensation is ideal.
