Heather Rowland Design offers a wide variety of services to assist you at any point of the design process. ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING
Heather graduated with a degree in Interior Design where she learned the basic principles and elements of design. During her time in undergrad she grew to find the computer aided drafting part of design (AutoCAD) to be thrilling. She enjoys working with clients to design their ideal space whether it is a new construction job or a complicated remodel. She loves to find the balance of function over form while also designing a space that feels upscale and unique to each client.
3D ROOM RENDERINGS
Design is a multilayered process that requires visualization on many levels. Our new 3D rendering software allows our clients to get a digital perspective of their space which enables them to feel more confident with material selections and spacial planning decisions. Detailed cabinet elevations, electrical plans, perspective views, and walkthrough clips are developed as accurately as possible to ensure a smooth and straight forward construction process.
MATERIAL SELECTION
When it comes to selecting the look for a new project, the options are endless. We meet with our clients to develop detailed concept boards to clearly communicate the overall feel of the project. The initial concept board evolves into a detailed material list that includes everything from lighting fixtures to accessories. We believe that all good projects take time to curate and deserve an organized approach when balancing your dream design with your budget.
HOME STAGING
Our decorating services are perfect if you’re not in the market for a full remodel but looking to enhance what you already have. We love repurposing items in your home and supplementing with a few new touches to revamp your existing space. A new furniture arrangement, updating upholstery, adjusting wall decor, or curating a bookshelf is a perfect way to achieve a fresh look in a quick way.

Heather Rowland Design has access to a variety of high end custom furniture and fabric suppliers to ensure that you have ample resources at your fingertips when it comes to investing in goods for your home. Developing a custom space that is sophisticated yet livable for busy families requires a strategic approach that we feel confident we can help you achieve.
